Hello and welcome to our first trading contest in years, as we abandoned our old system and built it from scratch to improve it.
Please pardon any issues as we are just releasing this system for the first time, and we are actively working to resolve known issues and find new ones.
Please feel free to post issues, concerns, likes, or just chat with other participants.
Good luck guys!

Hi kasri, the winners are based on highest profit, based on equity, at the end of the contest.

Amazing! Thank you for introducing this.
The rules should be narrowed a bit in the future. I see most of the people overleverage to get to the top of the list..

Yes sir, and we've noticed there's a vulnerability in the exclusion rule excluding trades under 5 minutes, which was put in place to prevent scalping off latencies and yet we overlooked something else. I don't want to change the rules midway through a contest as I think it's not fair, but we will close this vulnerability next contest.
Do you have any rules you would specifically recommend?

I appreciate you response and I totally understand. I am thinking of some rule that will make people compete with an actual strategy instead of going with big entries that may increase the account by 40% in a day ( based on luck mostly ). I would introduce a maximum daily loss rule.

Hm like a peak drawdown rule? Yes, I would very much like to implement it, however, peak drawdown cannot be calculated on every tick, so it's pretty reliable but not 100%. So I hesitate to base any winning metrics on it, as some people who are at the losing end of that will say it's unfair. So, my thought for now was, yes, people will have to trade larger than they normally would, for sure. However, there's still essentially a drawdown rule, it's just higher than usual, as it's hit when they account is margined out.
Keep the ideas coming, we definitely appreciate the feedback!!

Thinking about it further, it's not trivial to calculate peak drawdown per tick with coverage of every broker but certainly we can do it for the contest so pardon me, and I like the idea a lot, so we will look to implement this in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention :thumb:

Ah no problem, yes for sure, just look for Metatrader 4 for mobile, and the broker is Global Prime.
